Summary
Fenris has recently sealed his freedom by killing his former master, the Magister Danarius. That freedom, however, is disturbed by recollections of the unfortunate reunion. What little revealed about his life has only led to confusion, and he has nearly convinced himself that who he was doesn't matter.
Now, events set in motion by the death of Danarius have swept into Kirkwall, led by a woman who seems to know more about Fenris' forgotten past. He and Varric, with help from their companions, must follow the path set before them, delving into who Fenris was before Danarius, and who he may have known.
This is a completed work. It contains big, huge, nasty Dragon Age 2 spoilers. With teeth. And guns.

It was a very Varric thing for me to do and I thought it would tie in great with the theme. I was right but I'm the only one who sees it! Good luck + mad skills!
3yr Anniversary: Wow. NO ONE!? It's a cute Easter Egg puzzle. Maybe if I make it more obvious...draw arrows...
5yr Anniversary: MERCURIALCAT is the first to find the secret message!!! WOO!!! HUZZAH HUZZAH!!! Varric would be so proud! I know I am! Her name will be featured in future writings as I go along because I don't think DA4 is coming out any time soon, it'll probably be in my Skyrim fic as well. Thank you!
