Madoka and Sayaka have discovered that they have some kind of super powers and that Homura has been messing with their and their friends' heads. The two's best guess about the situation is that the two of them are a mermaid and an angel who were kidnapped by a succubus.
Now Madoka and Sayaka are making their way through Homura's lair when they stumble upon an unusual shield shaped door decorated with an hourglass and through that door a portal to a hospital room.
In other words:
Madoka and Sayaka misunderstand the post rebellion situation so badly they accidentally time travel and mess up what should be a perfectly ordinary Homura time loop by replacing the angst and suffering with comedy hijinks.

(Having his partner back certainly won’t “fix” him, that man has loads more issues due to discrimination, but it will HELP.))

It's mainly Namjoon speaking to the spirit of Jin. Jin attaches himself to Namjoon, but that's what Namjoon didn't want. Jin is a lonely spirit and he just wants have his own body again. He takes possession of Hoseok. It all falls down hill from there. Namjoon tries to make Jin go away, but only finds out that Jin is lonely. What will happen next? Let's find out.
