Excerpts from my journal. I started writing this two years into my healing journey. If you are interested in the nuances of healing, specially from c-ptsd, this will be very interesting. I struggled all throughout my childhood with undiagnosed AuDHD and multiple physical illnesses that were so blatantly neglected it's outright abuse. I am still struggling with these things but thankfully there has been monumental progress and i am able to take care of myself.

Nevaeh was a good person—this she knew to be a fact, and her story was convincing enough. Her backstory rang simple and tragic: a misunderstood girl in a big city with a heart so large it bled each time it beat. Well, that wasn't the best descriptor of her personality, but the line was too poetic to leave out. Nevaeh spent her days as a poet, and a lonely one at that. She had no friends, no dreams, and a family who understood her about as well as a Victorian child could understand modern television. A lonely, tortured soul who would certainly find reprieve in death. Surely, a story as tragic as hers would land her in the realm of her namesake?
Unfortunately, the answer is no. Follow my silly little character study about an individual whose sin of pride revolves around her misery. She ended up in Hell because she was...too sad? Maybe! The second-degree murder certainly didn't help her case. You'll have to read to find out ;]
