Set some time during the clone wars campaigns.
AU where Naboo Senator Obi-Wan adopts the Coruscant Guard. Commander Fox deserves a vacation for all the fires he has to put out left and right. Various unprofessional/feral Jedi give Mace Windu multiple ulcers. And they all incidentally end up throwing a giant wrench into Palpatine’s nefarious plans.
Mostly Crack. To Infinity and Beyond is the only fic with a sprinkling of plot.

Summary
Sherlock, John, Greg and Mycroft are on a case together. Just when John thinks things can’t get any worse, the motel loses their reservation and only has two rooms available. He and Greg think they might finally have a chance to seduce the Holmes brothers until Sherlock decides he and Mycroft are going to share a room instead. John and Greg aren’t having it. They’re going to get what they want, regardless of whether (or maybe because) they all end up in the same bed.
Not a foursome per se, but features John and Sherlock having sex in the same bed as Mycroft and Greg... who are also having sex.

“Sorry to be a fucking disappointment,” Rogers says with a scowl and pulls his ridiculous helmet on, covering the sleekly styled brown hair. It was astonishing how even Rogers’s golden hair had been false propaganda -- but of course the great America had wanted to present its figurehead as Aryan perfection in the time of eugenics. “Suit up, everyone. Let’s get this shit done.”

Natasha would take another picture, if she weren’t too busy catching Steve’s red-faced sputtering. “Sometimes, I vent to my Twitter followers. Sometimes, it’s about hot men with washboard abs. Can I go now, or do you need a graphic description of how I pleasure myself at night?”
