There may be a few minor inconsistencies here and there, but I generally try to make them work. You will encounter Megan Rapinoe. You will see the same OCs in multiple fics. You will get to journey with them from pre-series to beyond the events established in canon (as of Jan 2026 when Unrivaled has not yet been published).

Eyes wide in mild disbelief, Karine gets on her knees beside Shane.
“Ok, now go onto your hands and knees, good,” Shane instructs, and they both do so together. Shane stops and removes his glasses, stuffing them back into their pocket, and as they go to their knees, the audience cheers. Weird. “Now, just slide your knees out, yeah, like that.” He slides his knees out, and Karine follows suit, a grimace on her face.
