It's the start of the 1997-1998 school year. The Ministry has fallen and Severus Snape has been forced to assume the position as Headmaster of Hogwarts. Hating himself and his decisions leading up to a pivotal point in Potter's destiny, will he struggle with his new task of retaining a duplicitous facade while doing his best to keep as many students at Hogwarts safe or will he find a way to keep going with the help of one student hellbent on pissing off the Carrows with their invigorating music?
