In the beginning there was nothing. Well, almost nothing. 3 spectres sat around a table playing roulette.
“I’m betting on black,” says death to fate.
“Betting on the underdog, you’re losing your touch,” mocks fate.“Not at all,” drawls death.
Lady magic hums and places her bet.
On Halloween night two children were orphaned and left on a doorstep like bottles of milk. The world has yet to recover.

This is the second book in a total rewrite of the Harry Potter series, imagining the world if Harry Potter had a twin sister! I've already completed Philosopher's Stone, so I highly recommend reading home is behind (the world ahead) before jumping into this.
