Summary
The kingdom of Alresthal seemed to have everything a ruler could desire: vast fertile lands, rich culture, an excellent education system, an unbeatable army that ruled the seas, and a population fiercely loyal to the solar crest. Alresthal was the perfect place… or so Min Yoongi repeated to anyone who dared break the rules, and often to himself. As Admiral, he held absolute authority and enough power to ignore the doubts that lingered about the kingdom’s true nature. Life had been comfortable.
At least until he was summoned for a near-suicidal mission: to cross Hell’s Abyss and rescue the missing prince, captured in the feared territory of Abrynth. There was one problem: no sailor had ever survived those treacherous waters. To succeed, Yoongi would need the help of Park Jimin, captain of the Black Zone, the land of pirates. Now, besides risking his life, he would have to face Jimin’s radical ideas; ideas sharp enough to give weight to the whispers in the back of his mind.
