Blüdhaven was going through a rough patch with a lot of villains deciding to settle down there instead of Gotham. Shocker. No seriously, shocker. It was really strange and Dick has been stressed out of his mind trying to figure out if there's some sort of big deal going on. First, it was Black Mask, then Joker. And some other not super important villains but still villains also seemed to migrate over to his city.
It was starting to piss him off.
That reached a boiling point when Bruce, in his subtle ways, helped. (Because he's emotionally repressed but not an asshole.) By expanding his patrol route a bit into Blüdhaven, not enough to completely intersect Dick’s but enough so Bruce could help where he could. And it's not like this was randomly prompted because Bruce found out somehow, no. It's because Dick had been complaining to him about everything and he guessed Bruce wanted to help his way.
But Dick, being stressed and mad and just emotional for no reason.
Had gotten mad.
Really mad.
And took it all out on Bruce,
His guardian.
His father.

He was tethered by usefulness.
By the quiet certainty that somewhere, someone required him to exist tomorrow. That his presence filled a gap that could not yet be closed. That if he stopped moving, stopped breathing, something vital would fail. someone would fall.
so when he knows his kids dont need him anymore, bruce wayne decides to leave, for he does not have a purpose anymore.

The eyebagged guy muttered a “who is that?” to the boy beside him, whom Yuuji had once again assumed was Fushiguro Megumi. The boy just rolled his eyes and looked back down at the paperwork.
Just as Yuuji was about to speak up and introduce himself, a growing smile on his lips to be finally getting that social interaction he had wanted, he heard it.
“Just the cleaner’s kid.” Fushiguro murmured but it rang in Yuuji’s head for longer than he liked to admit.
The cleaner’s kid?
Wow, Fushiguro Megumi, way to match the cold look in your eyes.
How could someone be so right and so wrong at the same time?

Summary
“Right into the bedroom, Kakashi?” Genma asks with a mischievous smile, already leaning in to kiss Obito’s neck. “How forward of you,” Genma murmurs against Obito’s skin, relishing the shudder that runs through him at the feeling.
Kakashi hums in agreement instead of responding, more interested in watching Obito splutter in embarrassment and stumble over his words at Genma’s undivided attention, watching the way the red creeps up Obito’s face and covers his ears and disappears underneath his yukata, chasing Genma’s fingers as they dip below the cloth.
Obito tips his head back with a quiet moan when Genma moves down his neck, leaving little red marks and stinging bites behind, soothing each one with his tongue.
Kakashi can feel himself growing hard at the sight, at the sound of Genma’s encouraging murmurs and Obito’s bitten-off moans. Genma leans up to whisper something in Obito’s ear, and then they both turn to look at Kakashi.

The mood in the car is immediately improved, and Kakashi cranks the volume and turns around in his seat to grin at Rin as she laughs. He quickly changes lanes, merging into the fast lane just as the first verse starts.
Obito covers his eye when Rin starts singing. Well, sort of singing. Caterwauling really.
“He was a hard-headed man!” She yells, pointing at Kakashi.
Kakashi grins and brushes his hand through his hair as he sings, “He was brutally handsome!”
Rin comes back in from the back seat, striking a pose as she forces her voice into a much lower register than it should ever go. “She was terminally pretty.”
“Oh gods, not again,” Obito groans, thunking his head against the window repeatedly as they sing the next few lines together.

Hatake Sakumo’s grave seems like the right option — ideal for brooding about the possible future, his choices, and the fact that he shouldn’t be here.
“One suicide victim to another, how come someone like me is brought back? You’re a much better choice.”
Or, after dying in the Fourth War, Obito wakes up in the past. Problems transpire.

The air had gotten tense by the time Utahime-sensei left, and Yuuta found himself lost at what to do.
Kashimo just directed his glare towards him instead, as if it was somehow Yuuta’s fault that Utahime-sensei forced them into this strange pact. It’s not like he didn’t protest it, so Yuuta didn’t understand why Kashimo seemed to be blaming him.
Maybe it was because Yuuta was such a pathetic human being that made sensei feel so bad for him that she assigned him a personal guardian angel.
But perhaps the term guardian demon would fit better.
