Ichika yawns again, but there’s a small grin on her face. She leans towards Honami, resting her head on the other’s shoulder, and Honami leans into her as well. She watches Shiho and Saki banter across the table, hiding a smile when she sees Shiho pick up a tissue paper to wipe the crumbs from Saki’s mouth, and her heart feels content.
She wouldn’t trade this for the world.

"Mmmmfg," Saki replies. Shiho digs a finger into her side and Saki twists away with a whine, but remains firmly faceplanted on the bed.
She mumbles something that would be unintelligible to anything else but them. But it's them, so Ichika recognises the exact tone and cadence of the words Shiho-chan's so mean.

Shiho rolled their eyes. “Fine. But if you scream too loud, I’m leaving you behind.”
“Huh? That’s so mean!” Saki sulked, trailing behind Shiho as they marched towards the haunted house. Honami giggled at their antics before entangling her fingers with Ichika’s, lightly tugging her after their friends. That was normal. Friends held hands all the time. Ichika had held their hands so often she could tell them apart just by the feeling of their hands, of their calluses and the size of their fingers, the warmth they radiated, and still she found herself immensely flustered. It was very normal.
This day was definitely not going to be easy on her.
or: ichika has a plan to confess to her childhood friends/bandmates/something undefined, but only if she can survive until the end of the day

Usually, nightmares don’t stick with Ichika often. She’s mostly able to brush it away and get back up on her feet again to start the day as she always has been doing.
Other times, however, there will come a time where the nightmares will be difficult to contain, or to even ignore in the first place.
This just so happened to be one of those moments where the vivid images of the dream are so heavily drilled into her brain that she can’t even see her own friends without sending herself into a frenzy.

It’s a sleepless night at the start of Leo/need’s first tour, Shiho hasn’t been in the hotel room for a while now, and Ichika needs to do something, anything, with all this energy. Though different worries and thoughts lead both girls to sneak out for the night, neither are exactly sure of what they hope to find.
