Unfortunately for him, his brats are hilarious and kind and amazing. And they’re so small, and they’re alone and they need support. Which makes it really hard to truly dislike them as much as he expected he would.

Iruka hadn't wanted his first interaction with his next door neighbor to be him yelling at the guy for playing electric guitar at 2am, but here he was, standing barefoot in the hallway, doing exactly that. He can only be grateful to the universe that his neighbor isn't an asshole, but he also feels a little ridiculous in sweatpants and a t-shirt, 'cause the guy is ridiculously attractive- even with 3/4ths of his face covered by a mask and eyepatch.

Summary
After months of nothing about the whereabouts of Kakashi, Iruka finally sees him again in the mission desk. Outwardly he looked about the same, but something was off about him. Something had gone wrong. Iruka and his heart of hearts isn't willing to let the Copy-nin hide and suffer alone, so he decides to step in.
But the more he learned about Kakashi, the more worried he got of the picture he was painting of Kakashi's mental health.

In effort to keep himself at least somewhat entertained as well as to prevent from having to put too much effort into training his genin, he informs them that a jutsu he made up on the spot is too difficult for them to preform and has them practice until he deems them ready. Meanwhile, Team 7 begins taking after Kakashi, and that includes being interested in this jutsu of his as well.
AKA: Kakashi ends up training his team by trying to not train them, the Leaf Village is convinced Kakashi's making mini-Kakashis out of his students, and enemy nin become scarred for life.
