Ummm, I mean, we’re just business partners and like you said, he’s the Radio Demon, it would never work between us. He doesn't feel that way about anyone, let alone me.”

Charlie had planted herself in front of Vox and was rambling off an impressive myriad of excuses, from busted pipes to bad Wi-Fi, while he stared at her, hands on his hips, with the utmost expression of forced patience. His black, digital brows were set in a line as straight as the glower at the bottom of his screen. He does a single, slow blink, finger tapping against his hip as he debates on how much money he can reasonably make on a Charlie Morningstar-inspired white-noise machine (and whether the guaranteed customer complaints will be worth the cheap buck) when a movement over her shoulder draws his eyes.
He leans to the side, eyebrow quirking. "What's that?" Then promptly chokes on a surprised noise and shoves Charlie aside. "Holy shit, is that a human?"
Lucifer plays a prank on Alastor.
Everyone else has to deal with the consequences.

Children are a rare in the Pride Ring, especially as sinners. What sorts of deeds in their short lives would lead a child to be cast into Hell? While Alastor never particularly cared for children, he's always been a bit curious about that, and about how growing up in Hell would impact their mental development. So when he stumbles upon one who doesn't seem too annoying, he decides observing her might make for some good entertainment.
After all, how many children can tell you about intestines but have no clue what an angel is?

She blinked tears away. “Is…is that a rubber duck?”
He nodded nervously.
“Why in the world do you just have him in your pocket?” She winced, face twisting despite her best efforts.
“I have more inside.” He confessed gesturing behind him.
“Why?” If she weren’t in so much pain she would have been far more intrigued.
“I made them.” He shifted nervously.
“You made him?” Her eyes lit up a fraction. “That’s so…interesting.”
“Wanna see?” He asked sheepishly. “...You’re safe here.”
Safe…What a strange word to use.
She weighed her odds, slipping her fingers into his palm.

Dani leads a relatively normal life, as far as Hell was concerned. That is until she meets Lucifer in a bout of acid rain and she realizes maybe there was more to her story (and his) than Heaven and Hell would have them believe.
Prepare for the slowest of burns while they get their ducks in a row.

He snapped into motion leaning heavily into her personal space.
“Alastor! Pleasure to be meeting you my dear. I do hope you aren’t too bogged down with the handsome workload.” His words sewn together with thread made of condescension.
“I guess it’s a good thing I’m here then, making sure things run smoothly must have been quite the task.”
A laugh track played along with his speech. “Hahaha, well I’m elated to hear that since we will be spending so much time together," The room darkened as he distorted slightly. "Dear.” Quickly, everything snapped back to normal when he finished.
Sydney swallowed hard, wanting to get away.
“Fresh from the fall are we, darling? Welcome to Hell.”

Sydney never expected to end up in Hell. Let alone working at a hotel in Hell, for its Princess along with such an odd culmination of characters.
She also might be getting a little too close to a certain Radio demon, despite the many warnings.
Shockingly enough, Alastor might not mind the proximity.
