No, much more noticeable than the potion toxicity – a look Jaskier is fairly used to, by this point, really – is the stench of rut.
Geralt goes into rut unexpectedly. Jaskier obviously isn't about to let him suffer that alone, consequences or no consequences.

He doesn't quite know what to think of the two men who have seemingly rooted themselves into this seaside town. They live in the smallest cabin just outside the city limits, keep to themselves for the most part, and only venture into the population to deliver completed repairs or get supplies. He's never seen one without the other; both walking with matching braces, the bigger man always looking at everyone suspiciously even though he greets people politely, and the smaller man, who hides himself under long sleeves and hood, pressed into the side of his partner, and smiles gently at others, though it does not reach his multi-colored eyes.Everyone thinks they're a little odd, but both they and the townsfolk are too kind to ask questions.
He is not.
Jayce and Viktor's presence in this new town does not go unnoticed, but as always, gossip stays gossip, and no one wants to drive away the two men who fix things for low prices and cause no trouble.
Save for one unfortunate individual.

After all, it wasn't just anyone who could get Derek so relaxed that he left his throat exposed in a room full of people as he tilted his head back so Stiles could continue playing with his hair while they watched the movie.

As Adrien opened the door, his arms full of groceries he could hear a guitar strummed into a jangly little tune that went high and low seemingly searching for a certain something as it interweaved itself around the boards and the beams of the modest home. It felt as if it was the song of their home itself. From only a room away he felt drawn to it. Leaving the groceries on the counter he passed the color strewn walls, and photos of their family were plastered across the fridge and hung across the walls. Following it to the source, he stepped over shoes and picked up toys left lying around as he listen to the bare bones of something to come. No words accompanied the melody, Luka was always insistent it wasn’t his strong suit regardless of how many hits he recorded, but if Adrien was certain of one thing he knew that Luka certainly knew how to make music speak on it’s own. It was a sweet and somber. A little reminiscent too during this spring afternoon.
But most of all he could hear it was full of love.
