Grabby hands beckoning for his help even in fitful sleep the way a baby would beg for it’s mother’s comfort, whimpers that quieted themselves like a child who no longer believed they’d be heard by anyone helpful.

“What do you want?” The man demanded, no greeting or anything.
“W-we’re n-n-neighbours!” His mother stuttered.
“Ah?” The man’s frown deepened and the two promptly snapped their mouths shut.
That was Midoriya's first encounter with the neighbour.
At that time, he had no idea of the storm these neighbours would bring and how their existence will one day shake the very foundation of Heroes and Villains.
