You were not recharging there, you go into standby and become alert at the slightest disturbance. You need to recharge in a place that feels safe.

Aside from my main processing space this is the safest location on my self.

SecUnit is not recharging while it's staying in ART's argument lounge, so ART decides to do something about that by making it stay in its own quarters.

Summary
Perihelion has a secret it keeps buried deep in its memory archives, something it only takes out to appreciate when it's completely alone. It has been content to keep this memory private, but then SecUnit comes home one day covered in dirt and oh fuck, they're going to have to have The Sex Conversation, aren't they. Shit.
