He watches, as time seems to slow to a delicious, delirious, excruciating crawl, as Edmond’s fingers descend on one of the shortcakes. He holds the little cake in his hand and regards it.
Is he anticipating the first bite he is going to take as much as Yakumo is? He licks his lips once before parting them. Yakumo doesn’t even realise he’s holding his breath.
Then Edmond bites into the cake; he lets the flavours melt and mix on his tongue, and then his eyelids flutter and close, and from deep inside his chest rises a contented hum.
And Yakumo loses his footing and falls.Seeing how much Edmond enjoys eating the cakes he baked pleases Yakumo in unexpected ways.

Toko est incapable d'écrire depuis qu'elle est enfermée à Hope's Peak. Lorsqu'on lui conseille d'écrire avec le coeur, elle parvient seulement à produire un texte vulgaire la mettant en scène avec Byakuya. Ce dernier tombe dessus par hasard, et ni l'un ni l'autre ne s'attendent à la réaction en chaîne que cela produira chez lui. Dans une spirale nourrie par l'ennui et l'incompréhension, ils s'éloignent puis se rapprochent inévitablement l'un de l'autre.
Cette fanfic a été écrite pour être canon compliant, (c'est carrément une réécriture du canon de dr1, mais avec le pdv de Byakuya et Toko) Si vous n'aimez pas leur dynamique canon et la mentalité tordue de Toko, passez votre chemin!

He held up a hand slowly, not even thinking about it, poking the back of Jisung’s neck. He blinked, snapping out of the trance he was in, sound rushing back in around him. Yet it was eerily quiet, the clock ticking on the wall, Jisung’s breathing the only thing he could focus on as he shivered at Minho’s touch.
