He is wrong in other ways. She does not correct them.

Damian closes his eyes and refuses to cry in front of his rival. Timothy doesn’t comment on it. Instead he places a gentle hand on Damian’s head for a second before he gets up and quietly exists the room again to give Damian his privacy.

There was an explosion, and the sound of breaking dishes. Dick feared an attack or attempted kidnapping. The noises came from the kitchen, where Alfred was standing.
He rushed over, pulling out his escrima sticks, ignoring Bruce yelling at him, "Wait! Dick!"
Hell, he didn't take orders from Bruce. Not anymore. When he got to the kitchen, what he found was… well… there were shards of glass and ceramic on the floor, and burn marks on the table, but there weren't any killer ninjas like he'd thought.
Instead there was Alfred, picking up the pieces with a broom, and two children, perhaps eight, maximum ten years old.
One was holding the other's hand, saying, "Hey, it's okay. I'm nervous in the mornings without coffee, too."

Summary
It was just a lamp. Clark bought it at a yard sale for three dollars, to give Bruce as a present when he had no money for anything else. The stained glass flower design looks ridiculously out of place in the Batcave. Bruce should have gotten rid of it years ago.
But times change, and Clark and the primrose lamp become constants of Bruce's world.
Until the light goes out, and the world forces him to let go.

Summary
In the cosmic joke that is Kon-El's life, the universe pulled one final prank. The multiverse had itself a do-over, and decided to reset itself without Kon-El. It reset, and everyone he loved now lived a whole life without him. They remember a world where he never existed, never made an impact in their lives. It all would have been fine and dandy, too, if the universe had actually done the thing properly.
But Kon's still here, somehow. A ghost in the machine, carrying all the ghosts of his old timeline with him. Maybe it would be easier if he stayed away from all the people wearing his friends faces.
...Kon's taking the universe reset just fine, why do you ask?

Clark sat down on the edge of the bed, raising an eyebrow. “So, now what? You’ve confirmed I’m powerless and of sound mind. Are you planning on letting me go home?”
“I don’t think that’s a good idea.” Clark immediately felt angry, and opened his mouth to give Batman a piece of his mind before the vigilante continued, “You shouldn’t be alone in the Arctic without your powers. I assume it isn’t equipped to keep a human alive for an entire week.”
Clark shut his mouth. Right. The Arctic. Where Batman thought he lived. Because Clark had told Batman that he lived there, claimed he lived there ever since he came to Earth just a couple years ago, because the last thing Clark needed was the World’s Greatest Detective looking for his secret identity.
