Summary
Clay is used to seeing hurt peers. He's used to bad relationships and worse choices, ones made in exchange for safety and other protections. Being in someone's own world is almost worse for knowing they're safe than in someone else's, so Oak taking too long to get back to them isn't strange.
It is worrying how much he denies his own pain, though. It worries Clay a lot more than he likes.

Summary
Link knew what Zelda's regent wanted from him by now; he knew how to please him, how to stop himself from crying or being distracting in private. It was easy to just listen, and frankly he was relieved when he stopped looking at him with disgust over his tree and how he'd survived.
This seemed a small price to pay to stay on his good side.

Summary
Twilight grew up knowing the story of the shuttle crash on Ordon Docks. He knew the story better than many, in fact, as he knew the goal of the attack, its specific targets, and it's failures... because, growing up, he knew who engineered it.
He knew Time and Warriors at least knew that much, but he's a bit surprised when Legend knows enough to ask him about it in turn... and even more surprised when he wants his opinion on the footage from Time's own records.
He certainly didn't expect to review it from the point of view of one of its targets one day.

Summary
As Impa grows older, Purah has to make the trip to see her sister in Kakariko more often -- but after months coordinating Link's disasters in Lookout Landing, it feels good to come home. She can bring her girlfriend along to show her the sights and perhaps between the two of them they can tease her shy niece Paya until she comes out of her shell.
She's only going to torment her about the men who caught her eye a little bit, that's all.
