Summary
Megumi’s blood drained from his face as he watched Yuji swallow that finger. It was a one-in-a-million chance, and apparently, his luck was just that bad as he watched that cursed spirit explode.
He watched as Yuuji—no, not anymore—he watched as the King of Curses turned around and made eye contact with him; Megumi froze, he couldn’t move, but what came out of Sukuna’s mouth was the last thing he’d expected him to say.
“Fuck… Am I high right now??”

A sleep-deprived high school student who finished all of Jujutsu Kaisen, rewatched it like 5 times, and inhaled all those SIkuna fics like crack gets reincarnated as Ryoumen Sukuna. The first thing they do?
Sleep it off! Clearly, they’re hallucinating from the lack of sleep; this is the perfect opportunity to catch up on some!
… Why are the hallucinations still there?! And it’s the detention arc already???

“Oh… Mr. Itadori, you mean… you don’t know?” The man’s voice sounded grave.
“Don’t call me that. Just call me Sukuna. And no, I don’t know. What the hell am I supposed to know?” Sukuna barked back. Now he was getting irritated. “You’re speaking in code, asshole. Why don’t you just spit out whatever it is you’ve called me for?”
There was a small pause after and the man on the other end cleared his throat.
“I’m terribly sorry to be the one to tell you. But… your brother and his wife… they’ve both passed away.” The man named Ijichi said sadly.
OR
Sukuna hasn’t talked to his twin brother Jin for thirteen years. The last time Sukuna saw his nephew, he was two years old. Now, Sukuna has no choice but to take care of his fifteen year old nephew, who he barely knows. This was definitely not in his life bingo card.

The King of Curses made a decision he hopefully won't regret.
"Just don’t end up dying yourself in the process. Just as I would’ve died today if you hadn’t been there, you’ll see there are plenty of people yet to come that need you, too."
He'll try to change all of their fates.
"Because you’re a jujutsu sorcerer now, Itadori-kun."
Sukuna started to form a plan in his mind.

Sukuna gains canon memories after Junpei dies and saves all of our favorite characters because he became a big softie. Yuji also may remember a thing here and there and is trying to keep it all together :)
Or, I'm fixing canon because Gege feeds of off our tears. Shibuya is gonna go crazy and all our faves will be saved. Pinky promise ^^
Not a one on one retelling, there will be many original scenes and changes
Currently being re-written (junpei lives), chapter 2 isn't going to change much

Intending to teach his cocky young vessel a lesson, Sukuna summons Yuuji into his innate domain, only to find a face from his past. His own — from when he was a teenager, at least. Sukuna realizes this can only mean one thing: Itadori Yuuji must be his direct descendant. Things, of course, spiral from there. After all, what kind of ancestor would Sukuna be if he didn’t look after his progeny?
TLDR: an alternate universe where Sukuna places more emphasis on blood… and comes to the conclusion tha Yuuji is his descendant. What could go wrong?

Heaven, in their haste, unfortunately never foresaw that opening such a large rift to Earth would cause instability in the world, so not only did a rift above open for the righteous, but also a crack in the Earth shattered open, releasing the sinners into the living world and opening the floodgates of conflict among the Holy and the Damned.
