Now she's on a race against time to expose her secrets to the new friends she'd made before they were sprung upon them in the worst way possible. It would be easier to kill them, safer too, but for the first time she finds that she doesn't want to.

She writes Astarion a letter and decides to meet the sunlight with Cazador’s dagger—only she should have known Astarion would find her. (CW for thoughts of suicide and the fact that Tav almost goes through with it)
Or—the story I had to write because I still couldn’t tell Astarion not to ascend without him telling me he hopes my Tav dies screaming and leaves🥲 Since my Tav was romancing him this time around, she lets Astarion turn her and while that absolutely HURT to go through considering how he’s changed, I wondered what would happen.
