Summary
John breathed softly next to him, laying on his side while Smii7y laid on his back with his left arm on his own forehead.
He was wide awake, though he knew he had to sleep. He just couldn't though, the days leading up to John’s arrival at the airport and he stayed up until the earliest hours of morning. He wouldn't be consistent about it either.
He internally screamed as he wanted to sleep and cuddle John while he slept but it felt uncomfortable if he were awake while John wasn't. He would probably be staring at John as his brain wouldn't let him drift to sleep. Maybe John wouldn't mind, but he couldn't just stare at him as he slept.

Smitty turned in his bed, trying to fall back asleep, but to no avail. He eventually sat up, looking out the window to see the orange sunset. He looked around the room only to be scared when he found John just staring at him, not saying a word until he realized Smitty saw him. "Jesus!" Smitty mumbled under his breath. John comes to relaxation "Oh shit- I didn't mean to scare you," the way he says it, it was almost nonchalant.
"It's fine, John, right?"
"Yeah."

OR: Smitty decides to sign up to be a counselor for a summer camp called “Frouse Fun”, a summer camp since 1953. It was a 2 month long program plus a week of preparation. Smitty arrives at the camp and paired with John. John is a prick to him and Smitty is confused as to why. While this may seem like its hatred, it isn’t. It’s love at first sight, but Smitty doesn’t know that. Neither does John.

John is woken up to an unusually feverish Smitty. A first sign that today was going to be a difficult and complicated day. In attempt to make Smitty feel better, John leaves the comfort of his bed to go fetch him a glass of water. Doing so, he runs into a troubled Pezzy, the second sign that the day was going to be horrible. The third sign was heading back to his room to find out that his room was trashed in the 15 minutes he was gone, but also Smitty disappeared.
Now he is stuck with his annoying roommate Yumi to solve the mystery of today’s misfortune.
Or a Frouse story where everyone is a cryptid/monster and they all live together as humans so they can live a comfortable life.
