Tendou professes as he squeezes Ushijima’s shoulders and locks eyes with Oikawa again.
Tendou loves joking around with his opponents before a volleyball match but-
“Tendou, I am so sorry.”
Ushijima simply says, and he sounds like he really means it.
Tendou is so confused. Why was Ushijima apologizing to him?
“I had no idea that the nature of our relationship was that of boyfriends and not best friends. I shall do my best to make the necessary adjustments to my behavior.”
Wait. Did Ushijima not know he was joking to Oikawa about them being boyfriends?

TLDR: Tendou makes a joke to Oikawa that he and Ushijima are dating and Ushijima actually thinks he is serious about it. This makes Ushijima realise a thing or two about their relationship and the adjustments he might want to make to said relationship.

Seungmin was pulled out of his work by a knock on his front door. Frowning in confusion, Seungmin waited a few more moments and sure enough, a second knock followed, confirming that there was indeed someone waiting outside his door.
And upon swinging open his front door, Seungmin came face to face with the same attractive stranger he met a week ago.
“You’re the guy from the bus stop…” Seungmin enunciated slowly as his brain went into overdrive in search of an explanation why the man- Hyunjin was in front of his apartment.
Hyunjin fidgeted in place, eyes averted to the floor before shyly presenting a small box to Seungmin.
Still utterly discombobulated, Seungmin moved on auto pilot and took the box from Hyunjin’s outstretched hand, opening it. Except that that only plummeted him into deeper confusion.
“Is this…a ring?”
“Well,” Hyunjin cleared his throat awkwardly. “I did some research and um…”
Hyunjin finally looked up to meet his eyes, cheeks still dusted pink.
“I thought we should get married in human customs too.”
One beat.
Two beats.
“...what?”

“How’s your finger?” Minho asks, except he doesn’t wait for an answer. Instead he grabs Chan’s wrist, lifts Chan’s hand to his mouth, and presses a kiss to the pad of Chan’s finger, right where his tiny, minor cut is.
Chan makes a very undignified, sort of strangled noise.
Minho smiles like he’s the cat who got the cream. “Cute, hyung.”
“I—what? What?” Chan stammers, knowing that he’s blushing furiously. His ears feel like they’re going to melt off.
“Should I say it again?” Minho, who is much smoother than Chan expects him to be, lets go of Chan’s wrist only to interlace their fingers together and turn so he’s facing the same direction as Chan. Minho’s hands are cold, as always, but Chan swears that Minho will be able to hear Chan’s pulse in his hand. “You’re cute, hyung. Where are we going?”
Chan is going to expire. It’s been nice living on Earth, but now he’s going to explode into stardust and return to the cosmos where he was born where there are no vampires with cute smiles holding his hand and acting like Chan’s the cute one.Bookmarked by Justimide
