When Danny finds a mostly-living boy on the Ghost Zone side of a rank as hell (but apparently natural??) portal, well, it’s free friend! Jason has no idea what's going on, how he's alive, or why he is... wherever he is, but he's gotten three whole friends out of it, and Danny clearly needs some help. Maybe solving Jason's problems can help solve Danny's, too?

Summary
Guardians are sustained by Belief. The more Belief they have, the more power, the less they strictly need petty mortal things like food and rest. Jack, lacking the solid Belief bases of the rest of them, has to sleep regularly. Inconvenient, for a seasonal spirit used to going months at a time without rest, but the fastest way to regain the memories from his baby teeth is by dreaming through them, so that's alright.
Until, of course, it isn't.

The Lost Light discovers, completely by accident, that the hot-splicing mechanimals use to reproduce works with Transformers as well, so long as you can introduce the newspark to an empty photonic crystal and an appropriate amount of sentio metallico once it's developed enough. Meanwhile, in the Functionist universe, one of these hot-spliced mechs has her own ideas about how to overthrow the Council.

Summary
Maul dies on Tatooine and wakes up over 40 years in the past. He quickly seizes the opportunity to change his fate and free himself from his Master, to save his brothers, including the one he doesn't yet know he has, and plot a new revenge against Darth Sidious with the advantages of time, foreknowledge and a surprisingly familiar Mandalorian face. It isn't only his own destiny that Maul's actions will change for the better, but that of Jango Fett and the entire Mandalorian people.
As far as the Force and the Ka'ra are concerned, healing hearts through the power of family and friendship will just be a nice side effect of saving the galaxy from its terrible future.

It’s been almost 12 years since 16-year-old Layla O'Neil was found alone on the streets and put in foster care, and she likes to think she’s done a pretty good job of forgetting the past. She doesn’t remember her birth family, the name “Nashi Dragneel,” or where she heard the absurd stories she told the police who found her. Stories about Wizard Guilds, flying cats, and (most cringey of all) her self-proclaimed status as a “Dragon Slayer.”
But the past becomes pretty impossible to ignore when it confronts her in the form of some middle-aged, pink-haired stalker who won’t stop calling her the ridiculous name she’d nearly forgotten and trying to convince her to come back to “Fairy Tale.”
Oh, and claiming to be her dad.
Like she doesn’t have enough problems! The last thing she needs is some delusional freak following her around. Especially one who’s starting to make her want to take his hand.
Yep, this is a Next Gen fic. The idea took root and would not let go.
