Looking back on it years later, he still wouldn’t know what compelled him to turn to Steph, dislodge her head from his shoulder, look her in the eyes, and tell her in a whisper,
“I’m sleeping with Bruce.”
Steph blinks.

Bookmarker's Notes
Wild story. Not my usual fair, but bookmarked it since author wasn't lazy with this very imperfect Tim.

Summary
Their first act of rebellion might just be their last.
They were distracted when the wrecked ship suddenly made a groaning noise. The metal whined as if something bent it, moving it. But that was not possible. It should not be possible. Both rebels froze as their eyes locked onto the origin of the noise. Blaster fire halted as everyone watched the ship with confusion and interest.
A hand punched through the rubble, catching the attention of both the troopers as well as the rebels. The figure pulled themselves up slowly, climbing out on top of the wreckage.
A copper haired humanoid man, dressed in robes and white battle armour stood on top of the rubble. The sigil on his shoulder proudly bearing the symbol of the Jedi Order which fell so long ago. With his features almost shining in the dim light, his eyes glowed blue but seemed glazed over, unseeing but drawn to the light regardless.
That was a Jedi.
“...General Kenobi?”
They flinched violently when the Jedi turned his gaze in their direction. Blue glowing eyes aimed in their direction but not quite on them, like the Jedi could not see them.

Summary
Ambitious like his father, the media preached as Timothy saved DI from collapse. Clever like his mother, they wrote as Timothy bought up small seemingly unprofitable industries and made them bloom under his company’s care, bringing DI’s stocks back to their former glory within a year. A true son of Gotham, they said as Timothy developed his offices in the city and went above and beyond to pay his workers fair wages. Selfless, they called him as Timothy reduced his own salary to ensure DI would survive these changes, sacrificing his time and dreams to keep the company afloat. Tragic, they all but wrote in every article, unable to keep themselves from rehashing his parents’ deaths.
At only 19, Tim is one of the youngest CEOs in the world. He’s certainly the youngest CEO of a fortune 200 company.
And yet, it takes little to make his empire collapse like a house of cards.

Summary
“Timothy and his partner will be taking care of you from now on.” Janet Drake addresses the now-sleeping baby in Talia’s arms as though perfectly convinced she will somehow both absorb and understand what the woman is saying.
Watching this, I’m suddenly understanding a lot more about my childhood.
“The fuck is goin’ on here? Jesus fuckin’ Christ, don’t tell me we got a kid now, Prettyboy. I just stopped on the way home to pick up the damn groceries. I was not gone long enough for you to somehow conceive and gestate our child.”

Summary
It’ll be fine, he tells himself.
He’s been overclocking his processors for over fifteen minutes now, ever since the successful upload of the past — or is it future — data into his current body, existing almost completely in pre-constructed time in order to accomplish the necessary tasks in a timely manner. He’s gone over the situation multiple times before, probably more than necessary, and has nearly doubled the information that had been available to him the first time around.
He almost can't believe they managed to send his memory files back to the fifty-first iteration of his model.
After accomplishing what should by all means be impossible to get back to where he is now, failure is simply not an option.
