The Grim Reaper, they still sometimes call him. Legendary trial lawyer who became known for weeding out the bad guy no one else suspected and putting them in prison. It was almost like he had a sixth sense for it. Like no one was safe from him. Like the black cloud of death still follows him around and no matter how much he tries to shake it off, it doesn’t let go.
Seokjin wonders at what point death had stopped following him around, and at what point he’d started to become death itself.

The villains of Seoul have long been searching for any sort of chink in the armor of the city’s most beloved superhero, Spider-Man. He’s sweet, brave, and has a true heart of gold- the perfect hero.
Somewhere along the line, however, some villains got the idea that a select group of people -six, to be exact- are very important to Spider-Man, also known as mild-mannered engineering student Jeon Jungkook, and have subsequently decided to make their lives miserable in an attempt to lure him out.
The problem? Jungkook doesn’t know them- at all.

“Hey.” A voice invades Jeongguk’s thoughts and a hand taps his arm. Jeongguk jolts so suddenly at the touch that the man in front of him is taken aback and has to hold onto the edge of the wooden table to keep his balance. Jeongguk isn’t able to recollect the last time someone touched him. “Are you okay?”
Jeongguk swallows and furrows his brows because he’s not sure why the man’s asking. Sure, he had his head on his arms, but they work in a fast paced entertainment company, of course everyone’s going to look a little tired. It’s not until the man’s pulling a tissue from his pocket that Jeongguk realises his thoughts from earlier manifested into tear tracks down his cheeks.
Jeongguk takes the tissue and coughs awkwardly. “I’m okay. Thank you.” His tired voice lets out barely above a whisper.
Jeongguk is a sad sad boy overworking himself and he finds some people who might actually help him.

This detective immediately proved harder to shake than most. In more ways than one.
