Pretty much the best D/s story in the fandom. Definitely best science bros. The one with Steve's special closet in Tony's room, and Phil showing Tony how to cane Bruce.
Everyone on the team is sleeping with each other in some sense at the beginning (including Tony as Steve's dom, because Steve needs consistency) except for Bruce, who fears touch. Tony groks his masochism but doesn't come onto him until he feels like it's okay, with explicit communication. Steve's a very sweet, open sub and being with Tony levels him out and helps with his mental health. Bruce likes bondage and heavy pain, which grounds him, but hasn't had a partner since the Hulk. The Hulk needs to know that he's not afraid. Lots of negotiation with a custom scale for communicating Bruce's headspace.

Series of stories featuring submissive Coulson in a BDSM AU where he's required to have a Dom. The whole team offers, but he's already secretly in love with Clint, and it becomes quickly very real. A lot of protocol and worldbuilding and workplace drama, with ranked dominants and submissives, and Fury actually being pretty awesome for once, while the rest of SHIELD is somewhat shitty. Also a lot of schmoop, with negotiations and BDSM dynamics outside of scenes, and some insecurity and poor history on Phil's part.
Side plot involves Bucky, who's ranked very submissive, sharing headspace with the Soldier, a highly-ranked Dom, and being unpredictable around Steve. Phil's involved with figuring out how to lure Bucky to the forefront, and gives up his Cap trading cards for Bucky's old collar. Eventually, Phil and Bucky get to be sub-friends.
