“Wait -”
“Hold still. Right there.”
He’s smiling like a fool when he balances the brim-full shochu cup right on the flat of Tobirama’s bare stomach, trying not to laugh as he lifts his hand up and away slowly. It tilts - precarious for a moment on a narrow base - and slowly settles with Tobirama’s breath.
“You’re trapped,” Madara informs him, still grinning wide enough that he almost spills his own sip of shochu from the corner of his mouth. He sits back at leisure, back resting against one of the smooth wooden posts and surveys the man laid out before him. “At my mercy.”
Tobirama makes that stifled, puffing noise that stands for laughter in his own private language.
Or: one night in an unexpectedly pleasurable marriage.

Kinktober Day 22. Chains – Cage – Ropes
Seven years ago, civil war ignited Hi no Kuni and made forests into a wasteland. The flames spread to surrounding countries, annexed and divided and defended viciously. At the core of it all, two opposing factions remain locked in endless balance. For five, Madara has led the allied dōjutsu clans as their general, and slowly taken foothold after foothold through the land. Like the edge of a scroll set alight, burning slowly inwards.
He unknowingly acquires the Senju's second son as a hostage during the monsoon season. It becomes...complicated.

Summary
She’s incensed enough that her head could smoke and she wouldn’t be surprised by it. Her hand tightens around a chunk of hair. “You’re too powerful to submit to the demands of men.”
“Let go."
“The seal? You must have lost your mind when I knocked your head into that tree. A caged bird. What a thing to aspire to.”
A crushing pain lances through her hand - the one she’d planted over Tobirama’s - and she grunts. Tobirama’s teeth are sunken into it, stubborn and deep, and she shakes her by the hair to try and force her to let go. She only bites deeper, and Madara curses before letting go to grab her jaw and jam her mouth open. Her hand bears a perfect half-moon, ugly red and purple already around the base of her thumb.
“Consider,” Tobirama says, like ice, like she hasn’t just bitten like a dog and growled louder than one, “That despite your vaunted eyes, you do not see as much as you believe you do.”
Building a village requires manpower, materials, and the combined intelligence of its founders to prevent it being razed to the ground by the shogunate. Tobirama plots, arranges her own marriage, and instigates a coup. Madara despairs, and lusts.

"If you had the support of your clan, what would you do?"
Madara asks for help. He doesn't know yet what follows him, or what his actions will cause. Not even that he holds the fate of Konoha in his hands, or that somehow, trusting Tobirama Senju will be part of the deal.
