Will saved Hannibal. Hannibal repaid Will with fish. Lots of fish. And a crow (which Will threw away, so rude). And a rabbit (which Will did accept, so at least he wasn't a lost cause). Hannibal also bullied Will & his household into submission. They lived together happily ever after.
To spice things up, Hannibal was also a cat and Will was allergic.Or, a heart-warming story of a man and his lovely feline companion (and their doggy subjects, and way too many small animals sacrificed along the way).

Summary
Hannibal Lecter has made a plan for everyone and everything in his life. He makes contingency plans for everything. There are of course, always variables. Will Graham has served to be the most interesting one yet.
However he thinks he may have made a mistake in this one.
In other words, Hannibal was so caught up making everyone else believe Will killed Abigail, he didn't think Will would believe it as well. -

Summary
To say that Will Graham is still an unmated, childless omega at the age of thirty-eight is his own choice is true. It is not to say that it is his preference. Will wants a mate and a family just as much – perhaps even more – than the next omega. He’s simply never met that one person who fit the bill before. And then he walks into Jack Crawford’s office and meets Hannibal Lecter and well that, as they say in the business, is that.
Now all he needs to do is convince Hannibal of that. But well, this is Hannibal Lecter he is dealing with. It must be done a certain…flair. But that isn’t a problem for Will. Not at all.
After all, snakes may kill mongoose, but one must never forget this as well: mongoose hunt snakes too.
It’s Will Graham’s turn to wage his war.
