III adjusted against the pillow, eyelids heavy, but Vessel’s arm tightened instinctively around him, holding him close. He huffed a quiet laugh into the dark. Always the clingy one, even dead asleep.
At first it was subtle. A shift in the weight against his back, the drag of Vessel’s stomach pressing tighter into his spine. Then a twitch of fingers at his waist, sliding up and curling over his chest like they’d been magnetized there.

Summary
At the top is a door painted deep green, scuffed at the bottom from years of shoes catching on the bottom rail. He knocks once. Then again when a full minute goes by with no answer. He raises his fist to do it a third time, only to nearly deck the poor sap on the other side when the door finally swings open without warning.
“You’re early,” the person says bluntly — sharp-eyed, bleach-blond, in a button down black tunic with sleeves rolled to the elbow, gold embroidery bunching at the hems and collar. They lean against the doorframe, one pierced brow arched. “Or are you punctual? Time’s weird. Social formalities are weird. You are II, right?”
II inclines his head to look them in the eyes, his nose scrunching against the sunlight now in his face. “Apparently I am, since you knew when my appointment was already. And I’m only ten minutes early.”

II hits the floor bodily, bruises from previous nights flaring with pain as new ones surely form alongside them, the breath driven from his lungs under the weight of III and IV’s combined weight. He’s crushed both under and between them, cheek mushed into III’s chest, IV’s head tucked in by his ear.
“Bloody brilliant,” III says loudly, shaking II a little where his hand grips his side. “You were fuckin’ incredible, mate—”
“Get off me,” II wheezes.

When Ivy looks up from his phone - he was trying to distract himself, looking at lip jewellery - he’s greeted by a man in a mask, his pale mouth the only thing Ivy is able to see of his face, and now he suddenly understands all those other comments. More importantly, he remembers one in particular:
"vessel can come across as a lil weird, but he’s a chill guy! great piercer, wonderful tattoo artist, have no idea how he works through the mask, but he always does a great job. i highly recc going to his shop, the vibes are excellent. i go there to get all my stuff done, and his boyfriends really nice! you’ll get over the mask."
Yeah, if the mask wasn’t doing something for Ivy, maybe.

This can’t be the real Deadpool - can it? No way. The real Deadpool certainly has a penchant for physical affection, but he’s an assassin. Being a professional cuddler is, like, the total opposite of killing people for hire.

If only that were his only problem.
But Weapon X is at it again, under crisp new management, turning orphans into super slaves and bringing out the big guns to make sure nobody interferes this go around (namely one Pool comma Dead). So now, not only is Wade alone and ugly forever, but he's got a bit of a pest problem in the form of a black-clad murder-happy man spider with a collar around his neck and an unhealthy obsession with tying Deadpool up.
