This year, however, tradition is altered, and it’s not just through the bold new camp musical choice of ‘Spring Awakening’. Professional ballroom dancers; Wylan Van Eck, Inej Ghafa, Imogen Khaki, Matthias Helvar, Mal Oretsev, Genya Safin, Tamar Kir-Bataar and Nikolai Lantsov are each paired with the 8 celebrities; Jesper Fahey, Kaz Brekker, Kuwei Yul-Bo, Anika Smitz, Alina Starkov, David Kostyk, Nadia Zhabin and Zoya Nazyalenski for a series of Strictly come dancing! Romances bloom, tension unfurls and drama is uncovered as the host Nina Zenik takes the 8 pairs through each week! They are judged by the interesting group of Pekka Rollins, Tolya Yul-Bataar and Tante Heleen, but who will win in this year’s competition, and who will develop the terrifying strictly curse?
This is a mostly Wesper orientated fic, however we obvs explore Helnik and Kanej. The other relationships aren’t specifically stated, except for implied flirting as I feel like giving almost ALL of the contestants the strictly curse would be a bit insane and these characters aren’t focused on in the fic, only there to fill it out more!!
