Meet Black Blizzard, Boston’s very own superhero and Nightflame’s ultimate nemesis. When she isn’t screwing up her heists herself, Nightflame can usually count on Black Blizzard to pick up the slack and throw a wrench in her plans.
They are rivals of the most traditional sort: where Nightflame has fire powers, Black Blizzard commands ice; where Nightflame is criminal and evil, Black Blizzard is righteous and good. According to everyone else, anyway.
