Summary
When they woke up, they were running. Even though pain surged through their legs, they grit their teeth and continued. Frantically, as if being chased, they ran, even if their body was screaming at them to stop. In some twisted way, they relished it, a form of punishment for having done little in the sekai, for their utter uselessness. They swallowed down the ache. Fire was spreading inside them, frying their nerves to ash. They couldn’t tell if the wetness on their cheeks was sweat or tears.
As streets passed them by, they powered onwards, the thud of shoes against asphalt. What were they running from, exactly? What even was the time right now? Mind made a jumble, they could hardly piece together thoughts, operating on the instinct to escape, to find a place of safety before their legs gave in.
Mizuki finally leaves the sekai after what seems like forever. They end up almost breaking a door down, and in the process, gain some peace of mind.

The pair were staying in the Castle's bathroom, which happened to be the only bathroom in the entirety of its extensive interior. Apparently Satan had spent too much time on this bathroom's design to care about making another, so there was only one. It was evident effort had gone into it, seeing as it exuded opulence. Ra-on's bank account wept.
“Want me to wash your hair?” they blurted out, hand still coated in the shampoo.
He blinked. “I can do it myself, you don't need to worry.”
“I know, but I still feel kinda bad about, well, that. At least let me do this for you, or I won't be able to live it down.”
Even the little things can prove just how much they care.

Slightly apprehensive, the human remained still, eyes fixed on the hint of red that dusted the demon's face after having talked about his desires. While strange to them, they also wanted to make him feel good. He deserved to feel good. Yet this specific idea felt like it went against the concept of feeling good.
Warm hands clasped theirs. His gaze was deep and trusting. “Don't worry about holding back, okay? I will let you know if you overstep.”
“Yes, but,” they took a moment to think their words through, “I don't want to overstep at all.”
He smiled. “You will not. For you are unconditionally gentle.”
It's a new idea for the both of them, but they're willing to try.

Solomon took a long sip of his tea as if trying to prove his point. He smiled widely, in the manner he often did, after doing so.
Sitri finds himself in hospital once more, while scents and tastes unlock memories of the past.

Questioning the meaning behind each and every hit was a pointless endeavour however. Their creed was to simply get the job done, not mull over the details. For Rui, it was more because of curiosity rather than out of guilt. What drove a person to contact others to do a deed they couldn't do themself? Did they deem it too much of a task to handle, or because they wanted it to really hurt?
Rui and Tsukasa are sent to take someone out. It's easy work for them, really.
