Rui had been unable to focus on his work lately due to his curiosity, unable to control his thoughts, he's dying to know just what exactly Akito, his boyfriend, is hiding.
Its killing him inside, he couldn't take his mind off it which is a problem as mentioned before, there's nothing he could do until Akito tells him what is actually on his mind, he wouldn't pressure Akito to tell him, surely there's a time where he will actually tell Rui, right?

Leo wakes up to an empty space beside him and a still-hot pot of coffee on the counter (the Italian coffee is phenomenal, even Leo — who knows nothing and could care less about quality cuisine — can recognize) and a note in prim, clean script about what jobs Izumi has today and when he’s going to be back and Remember to eat lunch, idiot, go to a restaurant if you aren’t in the mood to cook. And in the late-morning quiet of their shared apartment Leo sips his coffee — just the right temperature from sitting on the counter — and reads the note and smiles to himself at the love in every neat letter.
Today, though, Leo wakes up to the sun streaming through their bedroom window — the gauzy fabric of their curtains doesn’t do anything to block out the light — and Izumi, still asleep and warm beside him.
