“Indeed.” Spock agreed.

Spock’s sheath had that sweaty smell, magnified ten-fold, even headier when he’d been exerting himself or after hours and hours of sex. McCoy loved the way that smell clung to his sheets afterwards, the way that smell lingered on Spock’s sleep clothes. It was true that he could get an erection from the smell of Spock’s sheath alone, but McCoy didn’t see anything strange about that. Of course he’d get hard at the anticipation of eating Spock out, thinking about all the noises he’d pull out of Spock as he lapped at his cunt, the feeling of Spock twitching against his tongue. He liked how Spock tasted; what was so wrong with liking how he smelled, too?
Spock was still watching him, waiting.
“Oh, don’t look at me like that,” McCoy huffed, pulling away from Spock and planting his feet on the ground before he pushed himself up off the bed. “You’re my partner. Of course I like how you smell.”

"What I don't understand," Spock began, stepping in front of Jim with fluid grace, stopping the younger man in his tracks, "is the need for humans to continuously lie to someone when both parties know the truth." Spock's gaze all but drilling a hole into Jim and leaving him exposed to the open air. There was something almost vulnerable in the directness of his stare, as if he were asking a question that went far deeper than the surface accusation.
The courtyard was deserted, a few straggling cadets and the small population of squirrels were the only living things in the proximity besides the two of them. The isolation felt deliberate, as if Spock had chosen this moment and place with careful consideration. Jim sidestepped the Vulcan, suddenly feeling like prey. "I don't know what you are talking about, Spock." he spoke, making a beeline down the path towards the senior dorm rooms.
"On the contrary, I am well aware of your knowledge of the nature of the relationships our counterparts shared." Jim's steps faltered as he turned towards Spock. The Vulcan's voice carried a weight of certainty that made denial seem pointless.

Summary
While at the library with his daughters, Jim has the unfortunate happenstance of bumping into Professor Spock, quite literally, once again. What started as a rocky start turns into something more at the not so subtle attempts of his daughters of trying to get the two of them together.
Throughout all of this, Spock takes a liking to Jim's daughters, including the three quarters betazoid who struggles with mental shields. While offering his services to Jim in helping her maintain emotional control, Jim's ex and other father of his daughter makes an appearance, and Spock offers himself as a stern and supportive aide to Jim's plight to keep custody of his daughter.
