Emma holstered her empty gun and pulled out her backup weapon.
And because law enforcement in Storybrooke was the most insane job in the world, her backup weapon was her father’s old sword. Emma sighed and shook her head as she stepped forward. “Yeah, everyone facing nightmare creatures with forty-foot tentacles wants to fight them with a three-foot pointy stick. They do not pay me enough for this job.”

Regina squatted to examine closer. The ‘she’ in question was absolutely not pretty. Regina wasn’t even certain the thing was a cat.

Post-finale. Regina returns home to Storybrooke after years away to find that very little has changed in the years since she'd been gone. She still has a son there waiting, struggling to adjust to a new world. She still has a partner, a best friend in a turbulent marriage who looks at her with far too much raw affection in her eyes.
But Emma also has a little girl now, an infant with Regina's eyes and Regina's magic, and soon, all of Storybrooke as Regina has known it will change irrevocably with her arrival.
