Summary
Fraser returns to Chicago after a short holiday up north and finds a stranger in Ray Vecchio's place. Too bad it's not Ray Kowalski.
This story was originally posted in March of 2004. It is, as they say, a product of its time. It's written in first-person present-tense POV, so if that's a deal-breaker, bail out now. There are things I would change if I were writing it now, but I'm going to let it stay as it was posted lo these many years ago. All that being said, I'm still pretty proud of it.

Summary
It takes one dart in Steve Roger's neck for Tony to realize that even though they've saved the world, even though Thanos is gone and balance is restored, there's always going to be someone after them.
They're on lockdown in Stark Tower until they can figure out a way to leave without putting themselves at risk.
Their savior comes in the form of Spiderman, unconscious and holding an almost-full sample of the serum that's been keeping them locked away.
When Peter Parker wakes up in Stark Tower, he's surrounded by his idols and told he's got no choice but to remain there until a solution has been found. A few days ago, it'd have sounded like a dream. But one thing leads to another and Peter's comfortable life splinters and cracks until—finally—he's broken enough to be an Avenger.

Summary
After 11 years playing shortstop for the New Jersey Knights, Danny Williams is traded to the Honolulu Warrior Kings, perpetual cellar dwellers of the American League West and the armpit of major league baseball. With a bum knee and a dwindling batting average, Danny knows his career is in its death throes. But as long as he can walk, he's going to play, and hey, at least Gracie still loves him. When All-Star power-hitting second baseman Steve McGarrett shocks the sports world by turning down a lucrative contract with his current team, the Monterey Bay Seals, to return home and play for the Kings, the team his late father helped build, everything suddenly changes. The Kings aren't the losers they used to be and despite Danny's glass knee, the double play combo of Williams-McGarrett keeps making the nightly highlight reels. Better yet, Danny is hitting again.
Only there's something Danny and Steve aren't telling anyone: They're more than just teammates. Much more. For Danny at least, it's a huge reason for his recent success and anyway, they're not hurting anyone. Besides, it's really no one's business but theirs.
Too bad it becomes everyone's.

The Point is one of those fandoms from my childhood that I remember in way too much detail. So much that I had to finally track down a DVD to see if I was remembering it correctly. This lovely little story adds to the original story in great way. (I, however, suck at writing up recs, so just read it).

Summary
If they really go back and think about it... it all started with a tree. A Christmas tree, that is. Castiel is human now, and the apocalypse is not only over, it's been averted. Sam's away at NYU, finally finishing law school, and Dean's stuck in what is probably the most awkward situation of his life. He's not exactly sure how he ended up sharing a flat with Cas in Media, Pennsylvania, but he does know the curious would-be angel is sort of derailing his plans for a life of decadence and booze. Cas is trying to make the best of his humanity by exploring human holidays. Dean can't exactly complain because he's pretty much the reason Cas got his wings clipped in the first place.
Dean didn't actually want to fall in love, but how was he supposed to know it would all start with a goddamn tree?

A serial killer arrives in Hawaii, leaving a trail of bodies and stirring up some old ghosts. Is it just coincidence that the killer has chosen the islands to resurrect his bloody career, or is he hunting someone in particular? When one of the team is taken, the case becomes a race to find them before the killer can claim another victim.
