That leaves Naruto, alone with Sasuke, for one hour. One hour he can get a little flirting in, flush it out of his system, keeping Sasuke occupied while simultaneously having a little fun.
Besides, when Sakura shows up, Sasuke will be so enamoured by her, he’ll forget all about Naruto anyway. He’ll realise he should have invited Sakura to be his date from the beginning, and Naruto, having known this all along, will have not lost a thing, and been able to engage in some fun, yet entirely harmless, flirting with a cute boy on a Friday night before he has to crawl back into his assignment dungeon.
He’s letting off steam. Relieving some stress.
No harm in getting his heart a little wet in the process.
Sakura's crush on Sasuke is beginning to get out of hand, and no one can see it but Naruto. He tries his best to be supportive, always her best friend and wingman, by getting close to Sasuke so he can push them together. His plan kind of backfires when Sasuke becomes interested in someone else instead: him.

Unfortunately his best friend is 1. not gay and 2. a simp for goth girls, so Sasuke is stuck finding a replacement to sleep with, rejecting Naruto’s drunken advances, and being a good friend. It's an uphill battle of monstrous proportions and Sasuke just wishes he could take the easy way out by shoving his five years of pining off a cliff.
Instead, he ends up wearing all black after a photoshoot gone wrong and Naruto shows him firsthand how deep his affinity for goths really runs, and the uphill battle just gets that much harder.

Or, in a world where Itadori Wasuke never died, Yuji has been working as a firefighter, blissfully unaware of curses. He takes care of his grandfather, helps out around the neighborhood, and saves cats from trees in a quiet corner of Sendai.

He closed his eyes and took a very long, deep and cathartic breath to steady himself, though found that it only left him feeling empty. Like now he knew what he was missing, more than just Yuji being gone but that there was a void in his life, in their life together, one that was suspiciously baby shaped.
It made him sit up and scan over their room frantically, searching for some solid ground in his own mind as he started running through the logistics of it all, like he was trying to solve an equation. Seeing all of the things that Megumi would have to do, would have to go through to bring this little idea to fruition. It made his heart thunder even wilder in his chest when he imagined it, though not because he was scared or didn’t want to, no.
The more he thought about it, the more the reality of it became plain to him.
Megumi wanted a baby.
Or; Megumi gets some lingerie to seduce Yuji in the hopes he'll get him pregnant, and it works a little better than he expected.

“A trio of vampires at my door, at this time of night no less,” Fushiguro says, tutting, as eerie black shadows rise from the floor. “What could you possibly…” His deep voice trails off when his eyes land on Yuuji. His lips part and his arms fall to his sides.
If there was any doubt in Yuuji’s mind that this person was his Fushiguro, it fades the instant they make eye contact. He sees the spark of recognition in those green eyes as shock seizes him from head to toe.

It’s in the middle of scanning the last bottle of green tea that Itadori properly looks up. Eye contact with him is a physical, unexpected shock, a crunch of imaginary static snapping through Megumi and leaving his hands twitching at his sides.
"Hey." Itadori blinks, wide and earnest. "Do I know you from somewhere?"
The tea sloshes backwards in the bottle he’s holding. Megumi focuses on this until his vision steadies.
"No," he says. "I don’t think so."
In the aftermath, Itadori loses his memories instead of his life. Megumi grieves nonetheless.
