The Dementors were not asked to return to Azkaban after the War, and with so much else going on in the magical world at the time, the Ministry didn't pay much mind to what might've happened to them. Now, years later, there have been a rash of attacks and disappearances disturbingly reminiscent of Dementors reported all over the world, and their lack of understanding about the species and how they function is coming back to bite them. Draco Malfoy is the Unspeakable assigned to studying them, with Head Auror Harry Potter as his escort.

This event in particular was also weekly through the month of August 2016, posting a combined "round robin" fic of everyone's submissions for that Wednesday, interspersed with Snape and McGonagall catching them in the act during their nightly rounds of the Hogwarts campus.

Feeling underappreciated and horribly lonely, he purchases some special charms that allow him to conjure imaginary friends. Unfortunately, after becoming a suspect in a potions smuggling investigation, Draco is forced to surrender a month’s worth of memories for a Pensieve Probe.
The aurors assigned to bear witness to his most private and embarrassing moments are none other than the Ministry ‘darlings’ Harry Potter and Ronald Weasley.

Summary
What's a little body swap among friends?
Because that's what Harry and Draco are now—sort of, anyway, though Harry keeps getting distracted by Draco's forearms, and Draco can't stop thinking about how good Harry smells.
But when a potions explosion and two do-gooding Aurors collide, Harry and Draco discover things about each other that they could never have predicted.
After all, seeing the world through each other's eyes allows them to really get the measure of each other.
And not just in that way.
