Summary
Six months ago, Shane’s intimate conversation and break-up with Rose Landry was recorded and leaked. In those six months, his life had completely upended and everything had changed, for better or for worse. Except for Ilya. He still has Ilya, and he’s beginning to understand that he always will.

“Pretty accurate, though. He fucks like he’s trying to put a baby in you, like, every single time. It’s ridiculous.”
Tashi’s still talking—he can see her lips moving, but he’s not paying any attention to what’s coming out, because his train of thought has skidded to a halt before careening into a ravine and exploding on impact.

Summary
The Corroded Coffin members made a name for themselves investigating the paranormal, they have a fairly successful show that brings in some extra cash. Eddie's not sure if he really believes any of it, it's been eight years and he's only managed to record a few pieces of evidence he can't explain.
He's not expecting much from the investigation of the Harrington house, even laughing at how serious the man sounds about their safety. Steve Harrington himself and his stupid beautiful face is a big draw, he's not going to lie, but the stories he's telling about the haunting he's experiencing sound far-fetched even for them; particles of darkness, doors that lead nowhere, voices from rooms that are empty and visions of other places filled with black vines.
He'd assume the whole thing to be a hoax, if Harrington wasn't offering them a sizable amount of money to spend the night, and there's more on the table if they can rid him of his haunting for good.
