Summary

Iruka Umino, former school teacher turned vigilante gunslinger, is a lone drifter who seems set on destroying everything Kakashi has created for himself.
Oh, and there's another problem: Kakashi is fairly certain he shouldn't be dreaming about kissing his would-be killer... but then again... maybe he should try to kiss Iruka the next time they meet?

It started writhing when he stepped towards it, its scales finally reflecting the light as it moved out of the shadows. Initially, he had thought of it like hundreds of tiny threads, reaching out and tugging at his consciousness while he dropped off to sleep. After he met Wolf for the first time in the dreams, it had become a recognizable wolf’s howl even that never quite reached his ears, sticking somewhere in the crevices of his mind instead.
It was his call. The sign that Wolf was ready to be found.

Summary
Kakashi was almost halfway through his bike-ride when he saw it.
The perfect ass.
Granted, he’d seen alot of asses throughout his life, but this was high-quality, premium ass at its finest. Perky and muscular, with the faintest hint of jiggle. Just the right size and shape for a hand, the curve as aesthetically pleasing as artwork. It was beautifully displayed in a pair of tiny black running shorts that somehow managed to enhance its appearance rather than detract from its perfection like most clothing. That thing belonged in a museum.
The ass’s owner jogged ahead of him on the bike path, his dark brown hair, pulled back in a half-ponytail, bouncing with every step, a sheen of sweat glistening on tanned shoulders. Kakashi didn’t even feel guilty about slowing down to get a better look.
He was so distracted by the fantastic ass that he failed to notice the turn up ahead, and rode right off the path, hit a tree root, flew off his bike, ricocheted off the tree itself, and flipped into the duck pond.

Summary
While working in club, Kakashi meets the talented Iruka Umino. He's convinced the angelic singer is keeping something from him as he gets to know him better, and an unwelcome evening reveals all about his new friend.
His voice was smooth as satin as he evoked emotion from every word, the pitch of the notes perfect. Kakashi could tell the stranger was lost in the music, the way his face expressed the very essence of the song. While he had several people in the past add the lyrics to his performances, he had never been enthralled like he was by the man mere feet from him. By the time he reached the last measure of the piece, Kakashi was thoroughly disappointed that the magic of the moment would be dashed.
“You got a set of lungs on you,” Kakashi said with a smile.
“You’re quite the player,” the man said, “Not many people know that song. It was a treat.”
“I think that’s my line,” Kakashi said, his smile turning to a grin when the stranger laughed before extending his hand, “Kakashi Hatake.”
“Iruka Umino,” Iruka said, shaking Kakashi’s hand, “Nice to meet you.”

He watched the office with mild interest. The new occupant was currently enjoying a lunch break with a few of the other employees. They seemed comfortable around each other, arms slung across each other’s shoulders, food being stolen off of plates. Kakashi knew two of them as the new communications employees, Izumo and Kotetsu. And then there was Anko, who was a for-hire consultant, with a rather terrifying reputation. Which left the brunet with a large scar across his nose as the new HR employee. Kakashi’s gaze lingered as he watched the man grin at something being said before he broke out into a loud laugh that floated its way across the halls.
At that moment Kakashi knew two things for certain.
One: That Iruka had the most melodious laugh that he had ever heard in his life.

“Naruto’s a strong kid,” Kakashi says, who has sauntered up to them in the meantime. “He’ll be fine.”
Iruka smiles sadly. “I hope so. Thank you for helping us." He says and bows as deeply as he can manage with Naruto clinging to him – which isn’t very deep. “If you hadn’t been there…” He pauses, the imagery of what could have happened too violent in his mind. and he shakes his head to get rid of it.
“Please,” he says. “Can I do anything to repay you?”
“Maa, sensei,” Kakashi says, sticking his hands in his pockets. “I didn’t do it to get anything in return.”
“I know that, Jounin-san, but I want to,” Iruka says, and blurts the first thing that pops up in his mind, “how about dinner?”
