Katsuki is on his second complimentary tea of the day when the door to Aizawa’s hole-in-the-wall cafe finally opens, bringing with it a waft of cool air and the gentle ring of the cat bell his boss had taped over the door. The guy walking in ducks his shoulders as it lands on his head, then drops with a jangle to the wooden floor below.
“Um,” the guy says, one hand hesitantly carding through his curly green hair. “Your bell…?”
“Welcome in,” Katsuki says, ignoring the dropped bell and rising reluctantly from his slumped over position on the counter, sliding his open textbook underneath it. “What do you want?”

He’s in hell. He must be. He probably died during the villain attack yesterday and now he's being punished for all his mortal sins. The duckling quacks again, and Bakugou valiantly fights the urge to murder what could only be Deku disguised as a duck.
Aizawa sighed, "Bakugou, I fully understand that this arrangement is not..." He glanced down at the furiously squirming duckling. "...ideal."
"Do you?" He ground his teeth. "Do you really?"

A quirk accident causes Deku to change into a duckling. This immediately becomes Katsuki's problem.
Oh well, how hard can taking care of one duckling be?

Summary
Life after the Hakone Ekiden is very different in Kakeru's world: Haiji leaves, Haiji returns, Haiji stays, and Kakeru just tries to find his place in it all.
“Isn’t Kakeru always on the phone? I can hear him talking at the window,” Nico supplies unhelpfully.
“Girlfriend?” Yuki smirks.
“Or boyfriend,” Haiji adds.
“Or boyfriend,” Yuki concedes.
Kakeru feels utterly betrayed. He can’t believe Haiji is on their side, that he’s even encouraging this behaviour when he knows that his suggestion is entirely untrue. Not that Kakeru would mind it if Haiji was his boyfriend but he doesn’t like being teased so mercilessly.
“I don’t have a girlfriend!” Kakeru cries, exasperated.
“Boyfriend, then,” King nods to himself, like he’s just solved the biggest trivia question of them all.
“I don’t have a boyfriend either! It was Haiji-san!” Kakeru shouts, face red.
