With an appearance mimicking Themis, the Titan of Justice, The Conductor is blindfolded. The orchestra will play a song to judge your virtue, the more dissonant the sound, the more sin you have accumulated. The more harmonious, the less.
Ryu Jaekwan happened to stumble upon it.

In memory to my future self of the first horror fanfic that made my heart genuinely clench in terror at the incongruity and panic that accompanied the end of each cycle, and the final dream scene. Somehow finishing 60k words of nightmare material must mean something!! Though the lingering fear throughout the entirety of the last chapter, that somehow the anomaly would just pop up again and jump scare in big big big big big big html red text... ;;;
Source material had enough comedic undertones to feel like I was reading kse lampoon about his overemployment, and the fics I've read so far are more depressing than scary...but salutations to that entire fast thinking sequence with the looming threat of a supernatural being you can only fake control over in dire circumstances that reminds me why I couldn't continue reading kaleidoscope of death!!
(I swear this is a positive review) (It is just low horror tolerance speaking)
Content wise, still love D squad found family and MZ kse bullying saheon while losing it 🔥 would've been damn funny if Eun Haje and Park Minseong woke up to hear kse say he drugged them for extra excitement hahahahaha -

Summary
When Ena's father gifts her what seems like a generic otome game that happens to feature a villainess with the same name and near identical features to her, she sees it as a personal attack.
When she's forcibly transported into the universe of said game in the place of said Villainess, where everyone either despises or fears her, she decides that it most definitely is a personal attack.
It's all just a mild inconvenience until Ena realises that there are darker forces at play that intend to either make her play the role of villain to the protagonist of the game, Mizuki Akiyama, or to take her place and suffer instead.
Either way, it seems there's just no winning for Ena - especially when it seems that no matter what people say to warn her, Mizuki just won't leave her alone.

[CURRENTLY BEING REWRITTEN, READ CHAPTER 15 FOR IN-DETAILED SUMMARY OF THE ORIGINAL STORY]
After being stuck in a time loop for three years and becoming essentially a ghost to the other subconscious students, Ena and Tsukasa find they’re finally freed when the villainous sorcerer and the beloved knight “break” free of their script, allowing them the conscience to see through the loop.
However, it turns out neither the sorcerer nor the knight have broken free of anything. After an accident involving some kids at school in the real world, Rui and Mizuki awaken in the fantasy dating sim they played earlier. Now they must play the roles of a hated sorcerer and a love struck knight, and try to navigate this strange world while attempting to befriend the antagonist, Ena, and the protagonist, Tsukasa.
Everything proves to be more difficult than expected when it's revealed that there is far more to this situation than it seems, and no one else will be able to fix this.

Sumeru is the newest expansion out of the many amusement parks owned by Teyvat Incorporation. The park - occupied by biomechanical automatons known as "hosts" - allows for wealthy vacationers to indulge in their wildest fantasies without fear of consequence. Each host is programmed with their own narrative that specifically caters to the guests' experience. No matter how illicit a guest's desire may be, the hosts are prevented by their programming from causing physical harm to humans.
Alhaitham, a recent hire for Sumeru's behavioral unit, is tasked with investigating a group of hosts who seem to be abnormally affected by the newest system update. It is there he meets Kaveh, a host who becomes far more perceptive and self-aware than he should be.
