Summary
The Hidden Leaf Village in Naruto's time seems to have forgotten just why the village was founded and have lost their way. Through a mishap with a hiraishin seal, Tobirama finds himself during Naruto's time and he is having none of this nonsense. His brother may be gone, but he won't stand to have Hashirama's dream trampled so.
And if he has to cause a civil war or burn the village down to the ground? Well that depends on how much resistance he meets.
All Tobirama does know for certain is that no child will suffer underneath the protection of Konoha and if he has to take them in and care for them himself, then he will.

Being told by his idol that he can be a hero was the greatest thing that had ever happened in Midoriya Izuku’s life. In fact, it was so incredible and amazing that it compelled him to do something that he had been taught from an early age to NEVER do. He asked his teacher a question.
Or: Izuku decides to ask Toshinori to teach him how to use One For All while he’s cleaning up the beach. This prompts Toshinori to realize that he actually can’t really do that. So he reluctantly calls Gran Torino and gets him to help train and supervise Izuku’s ten month American Dream Plan for entering UA.

* Técnicamente el capítulo 12 solo es una nota de explicación.3: Ctm, los primeros justicieros eran jugadores de rol con armas haciendo coslpayer, floridanos sin camisa en crocs, rusos que idolatran a la union soviética mientras usan armamento de la era pre-Guerra Fria y escoseses sin camisa y en falda que tocan la gaita en medio de un tiroteo. Destro perdio el apoyo popular porque su movimiento terrorista fue detenido por los individuos antes mencionados y el gobierno de Japón se niega a reconocer la existencia de esos individuos debido a que eran un grupo de subnormales con armas que logro lo que el ejercito japones no pudo.
9: Hisashi es el director del departamento de Quirks de la Asociación Mundial de Heroes, y se encarga de las amenazas del lado oscuro del mundo, similar a la SCP.
