Dean lives in a crappy apartment, and the downside to that isn't the lack of trash pickup or the sink that doesn't work 100% of the time. The downside is the paper-thin walls on either side. He hears sex noises, people arguing, doors slamming and toilets flushing. But one day, he hears the cute guy that lives next door crying. What's a guy supposed to do but talk to him? He couldn't have really guessed what happened next.

Summary
Cas hasn't spoken to Dean since they got out of that Scooby Doo cartoon. And okay, so maybe Dean crossed the line by feeling up Daphne so much, but he didn't think Cas would resort to actively avoiding him like this. Except for the fact that Cas doesn't seem to be angry at all.
