Peter Parker, as we all know, has some very weird habits. Like stuffing the microwave full of popcorn. And raising his arms to intimidate people. And hiding in crawlspaces. However, those last two are a safety thing. Well, actually, that first one is a safety concern.
Basically, he's weird.
If you see a spider, you are in the wrong spot. Spiders know your whole routine, which is why you hardly see them. So, Peter Parker learning the routines of everyone on the team and hiding away is not that crazy of a concept.

“Tony, focus.” Captain scolded, his grunt crackling through the comms.
Peter raised an eyebrow. “Trolls?” Even though they’ve fought aliens and all of the sort, things like this still made him pause. “Trolls as in… Trolls the movie?”
“Nope, these things are ugly. Not your colorful, happy trolls.” Clint answered.

Peter this whole time has been thinking about himself, but Mr. Stark has Pepper now, and a daughter. Not some random kid from Queens who tried to better the world in PJs, a daughter who has Tony’s eyes and Pepper’s nose, and is everything Peter wishes he was. He loves May, but to be someone like Morgan is to Mr. Stark isn't possible, but had felt possible before.
Basically Tony makes it after endgame, but May blames him for the fact that her kid went to space and could have died and doesn't handle it well.

When Ned told Peter about the Stark Industries field trip he was missing out on whilst in recovery, Peter thought he wouldn't have to worry about it. He assumed he'd be asleep for it, as he was most of the time nowadays, and had forgotten about it quickly. He had more important things to worry about, like his damaged arm, his charred face, and everything else that'd happened in consequence of him snapping Thanos out of existence.

"Okay, kid, let's rewind a bit. First off, who the fuck—” “Language.” “—are they?!” Tony gestures around to the group of tied-up Villains. “And secondly, how the hell did you even manage to defeat them?!"
Peter looks around nervously, eyes darting around the room, carefully avoiding the Avengers' gazes. Has he done something wrong?
“Well… To answer that first question, they’re a group of villains who personally hate my guts. It sucks, I mean, what did I ever do to deserve a specialised supervillain strike team? What's a spider gotta do around here to get some peace?”
He chuckles anxiously, eyes flitting up to meet the teams’, hoping for laughs so he can get a reprieve from the tension that has begun to smother him. All he gets are the pointed looks of the heroes in front of him.
Natasha arches an eyebrow, “And the second question?”
“I just… did?”
Clint levels a look of incredulity at Peter, “You just did? You just defeated them? That’s all you did?”
“...Yes?”
Cap lets out a weary sigh.
OR: Some people forget Spider-Man is The Protector of New York™, and that he has been doing the job for a while.

"How dare you touch me, Anthony." The man yanked his wrist out of Tony's grip. "I am your father."

TLDR: Howard Stark meets Peter Stark, Tony's biological son, when Peter is 16 without Tony being around. Howard decides he doesn't like Peter, and is going to make it known. It ends in a fight, a hospital trip, and a bonding between a father and son.Oh and, Howard getting kicked out of the tower by Steve Rogers, Tony's boyfriend.
