He should’ve given it a second thought. He should’ve hesitated and asked about the cheap selling price—or, at the very least, researched the area. Perhaps if he had, he wouldn’t have become the tattoo artist for the most notorious yakuza family.
Nor would he have started an intimate relationship with the heir to said family either. Though the jury was still out on that one.
