“How do you just get roped into a bet for five hundred dollars?” Jisung snorts, sitting back down on the bed with one leg folded up beneath him. He’s still without a shirt, and Minho is having a hard time focusing while his tits are out like that. Jisung’s chest is unfairly sexy.
He forces himself to look in Jisung’s eyes, scowling when he catches the knowing smirk on his face. “I was being judged. He was testing me. That’s not the point—” he swallows the spit pooling in his mouth. “All you have to do is pretend to be my boyfriend for four months.”
“Sorry?” Jisung laughs incredulously, eyebrows shooting up.
“You heard me,” Minho grumbles. This is so fucking stupid. He realizes how stupid this is. “He bet me I couldn’t hold onto a boyfriend for four months. I told him I’m kind of seeing someone already, no big.”

“Couldn’t sleep,” Ricky says simply, as if he has all the time in the world to stand there and interrupt Gyuvin’s beauty sleep (He does, because the world would end before Gyuvin ever refused to make time for Ricky, but that isn’t the point), “Kicked my blanket off and woke up ‘cause it got too cold.”

Matthew is a failed actor, turned stuntman and stunt coordinator working on Jiwoong's first "serious" film.
When Matthew began training to perform as a stuntman, he was alarmed by how quickly he was able to get used to the reality of violence. It was shockingly easy to pretend to bury a blade in the squishy well between a scene partner's neck and collarbone. It's everyone's most vulnerable target, after all. If he actually stabbed someone there, they'd die within a minute. His classmates in acting school shied away from it. When they'd perform a choreographed knife fight they'd swing their weapons wide, far outside the line of their scene partner's body. When they were "cut", they would hiss in feigned pain, grit their teeth, maybe let out a whine if they were brave. Matthew wasn't afraid to use his voice. He'd cry out when attacked. He'd drop his weapon when his knife bearing forearm was sliced. He'd gurgle and gasp when his own neck was penetrated. He'd scare his classmates with his dedication to the truth. The difference between Matthew and his classmates is that the truth wasn't scary to Matthew.
