Summary
There's something different about the kid who just broke Barbara's library phone. She's seen her fair share of wary, wounded kids. She's no stranger to helping them where she can, offering supplies and pointing out shelters.
Most of those kids aren't wearing renn faire clothes, leaving dents in phone receivers, or talking like they just finished screaming. Or turning all her security cameras to static when they come too close.
There's a mystery here, and Babs isn't the only one who wants to solve it. But with every answer they find, ten more questions take their place.
The Fentons left Danny shattered in more ways than one. With new knowledge of his ghost half, and a damaged core, Danny comes to Gotham weak and hurting, but with a purpose. The Far Frozen and the yetis have done all they can, but Danny needs more than the ghosts alone can give.
He's two halves of a whole and while he finally has what he needs on the ghost side--the human side is a different story.

...Not really, no. Not if one was to ask Hiccup's and Merida's opinion. But since their parents are persistent, the two decide to play along for their own peace of mind. Which works well, until someone moves to their little island who genuinely picks Hiccup's interest. A cute Arctic fox shifter and omega by the name Jack.

They both meet and bond over trying to survive, aka Danny not needing to eat much as phantom and Peter needing more for his metabolism, and Peter stealing Danny's blanket while he makes a web for Danny to sleep/bandages. While trying to survive the bats will be help them(stalk them) but the 2 teenagers are more connected to the batfamily then you would expect.

They didn't do parades, nor they visited the people. Their people. The guards, servants, knights — everyone who stepped in and served to the palace — are prohibited to speak about them. Why? It is not known. They all just recall the announcement of an Heir to the throne a long time ago and a name.
