Summary
Desperate yowling cut through the night, accompanied by infrequent clanging. Shouta paused on the rooftop he had been running across and tried to determine the direction of the sound. Most likely a stray cat or some other animal. Shouta liked cats, and to a lesser extent all animals, so he wasn’t about to just leave it struggling. The poor thing could be hurt.
Soon enough, he tracked the commotion to a street that was starkly unpopulated at this time of night. The noise originated from some vending machines next to a bus stop, lit up by the soft glow of a streetlight. Shouta raised an eyebrow at the small rear end sticking out of the little door that the snacks dropped down into. Was that… a toddler? Out here? At this hour?

Quirkless Midoriya Izuku was killed in a villain attack alongside his mother and pronounced dead at age four.
Three hours later, a hobo hero and a loud-mouthed blonde are chasing that supposedly dead, now-half-naked child through the halls of one of Musutafu’s busiest hospitals.
(Or, in which Izuku gets sent back in time and spends three years with the surname Shimura and a loving future villain brother, Shimura Tenko. Death wins once more, in this second chance at life, and he’s back to the future with another set of parents hot on his trail.)

Summary
Izuku’s homeless, quirkless and hell-bent on doing some good in the slums of Naruhata. Obviously that means picking up a career in vigilantism. Deadbeat enters the scene. Picking up two strays along the way, a new vigilante group forms and starts making their mark.
...But maybe all these murders and creatures popping up in the district are too much to handle. On top of that, Izuku’s scorched past is slowly catching up to him. Hopefully he won’t fall apart before being able to help his friends.
Or: Shinso needs his friends to stop jumping into danger.
Dabi needs some help and Izuku will force said help on him.
Izuku needs a therapist, (who will need a therapist)
and Aizawa needs great medical insurance due to homeless problem children. The price better be worth it.Please heed the chapter content warnings.

Summary
Izuku's life was far from fair.
When he was a child, his father was abusive, and even after he left, his mother was neglectful. He was a vigilante at the age of six, using his technology-type quirk to gather information and send it off to Pro Heroes and police. Not even a year after beginning his illegal career, he was labeled X, the best information broker in all of Japan.
Now, Izuku was finally nearing his dream: to help people, though this time it would be legally. He and his friend, Katsuki, would join U.A. so they could help people. Getting a license to legally use their quirks would be a bonus.
Of course, that would be so much easier if Izuku's homeroom teacher wasn't the number one hero searching for his vigilante persona. Or if Izuku's computerized brain didn't see people his own age as children and older people as attractive.
