When the first photo slid out, Dazai’s breath caught in his throat before he even realized he’d stopped breathing. At first, his eyes only registered the familiar face framed by unmistakable ginger hair, before he took in the rest: his own figure, hand-in-hand with the ginger.
Then the meaning landed, and his jaw tightened. Someone had crossed a line. They had intruded into his life and touched the one place he kept guarded at all costs.

Nakahara gave a quiet sigh, only audible to Takahashi – who was thoroughly confused, trying to wrap his head around the mafia executive in a committed relationship apparently? But what was with the ‘slug’ thing? – and walked over to the other man. This gave Takahashi an ample view – a view of a white shirt, black tie, tousled brown hair, and a head an arms wrapped with bandages. The grin that lit their face, soft and teasing, somehow utterly belied the rest of their appearance.
OR
Dazai interrupts Chuuya while in the middle of an interrogation. Takahashi - a man of no great importance who is tied up near a wall - is Thoroughly Confused by the following exchange.

The rockstar let go of the guitar, letting it lay idly against his chest as he took the microphone in both hands. "Alright, last song, folks," he said. Dazai wondered with mild awe how his voice could sound so normal after hours of high-pressure singing, much worse than Dazai had endured, with his music taste which included everything but rock – ironic, really, given his taste in men, or rather, man. But then again, Chuuya was used to the voice exercise.
"This one is a cover, actually. It's not a rock song, believe it or not... But it's one that's special to me, and it's for a person who's special to me too." Dazai sucked in his breath. It had to be about Ane-san, right? Or else... Kyouka-chan? Both of those were public relationships – everyone knew about Chuuya's older and younger sister. It couldn't be about him... Could it?

Midoriya Izuku is medically quirkless, not technically homeless, perpetually exhausted and doing his damned best despite it all. He also sees spirits, which might be cool if not for the fact that a) no one else does, b) they really don't like him very much, and c) he's pretty sure the heroes now think he's a villain working for the League.
Aizawa Shota just wants to take down Overhaul, rescue Eri, keep his students alive, get some rest, and find out how this Deku kid knows things he absolutely should not know about his personal life and the Shie Hassaikai case.
Unless Nighteye's right, and the kid really is a villain.

Chuuya’s eye twitches.

Summary
On paper, the Hero Commission's plan to investigate Midoriya Izuku under the guise of a training course for combating mental quirks is solid; foolproof, even. If Midoriya turns out to be innocent, they can pass everything off as part of the training exercise, assuming he remembered any of it. Otherwise, they could beg forgiveness after the traitor was securely imprisoned in Tartarus.
The paper plan failed to take into account the feral ghosts living in Midoriya Izuku's head, or his equally feral living friends.
Time to bring on the chaos.
